The websites mandare.dev and mandarelabs.com are operated by Mandare Labs — a company in formation. This notice covers both domains. Until incorporation is complete, please direct all inquiries, including legal notices, to info@mandarelabs.com.

A formal provider identification with the registered entity and address will replace this section upon incorporation.

What this site collects

Almost nothing, by design:

Waitlist email. If you submit your email address to the waitlist, we store it — that is the only personal data this site collects.
No analytics, no trackers, no cookies. The page makes no external requests. Your theme preference (light/dark) is kept in your browser's local storage and never leaves your device.

The waitlist, in detail

Purpose: to contact you about the Mandare launch, the demo release, and early access — sparingly, and for nothing else.
Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by submitting the form. You can withdraw it at any time.
Processor: addresses are stored with Resend, our email service provider, in their EU region. Resend processes data on our behalf under their data-processing terms.
Retention: until the launch communications conclude, or until you ask to be removed — whichever comes first.
Removal: email info@mandarelabs.com or use the unsubscribe link in any message; your address is then deleted from the list.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, and erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, to withdraw consent at any time, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise any of these, write to info@mandarelabs.com.
